1) When making returns to us you will agree comply with our returns policy.
2) Please note for hygiene reasons we do not accept exchanges or refunds on items purchased that are now simply unwanted or change of mind.
3) If you receive any damaged or faulty items you must inform us within 7 days.
4) Any returned items will only be accepted if they are returned as originally sold. The contents and packaging MUST be returned in a new condition with the original packaging, properly packed and sent via recorded delivery.
5) Any items which have been used/tampered with will NOT be accepted. To make a refund request please contact email@example.com.
6) Please ensure you enclose your proof of purchase, order number, name and contact details with the return.
7) You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the products. You should return the products via first class recorded delivery to ensure tracking of all items.
8) We will make the reimbursement to you without undue delay not later than 14 days after the day we receive the products back from you, or after 14 days after the day you have provided evidence that you have returned the products.
9) If you are returning a product to us because you claim the product is faulty or damaged, once the products is received by us we will examine the product and will then notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
10) Any faulty products or damages through transit MUST be reported to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving items. Any claims made after the 7 days will NOT be accepted.
11) Any products that develop a fault after 30 days of purchase will not legally be entitled to a refund.
12) We will only refund any money received from you by using the same method originally used by you to purchase the products.
